When I started Thanikan Farms, it came from a simple realization: filling our plates every day isn't the same as truly nourishing our bodies. We eat daily, but modern food often falls short of giving us the raw, rich nutrients we actually need to thrive.

I didn't want to build just another mass-production farm focused on volume and shelf life. I wanted to rethink everyday nutrition. That led me to microgreens — tiny, potent powerhouses of bioavailable vitamins and antioxidants. My vision is simple: grow food with real purpose, refuse to compromise on quality, and make living, nutrient-dense choices effortlessly accessible to every family.

At its core, good health always comes back to the everyday choices we make for ourselves and the people we love. As a co-founder, my focus is on the human side of our farm — making sure that every single tray we cultivate reflects our core values of care, cleanliness, consistency, and trust.

We measure our success not by how much we grow, but by how well we grow it. Every package that leaves our farm is handled with the exact same standard of purity and dedication we demand for our own family's dining table.

Our plates may be full, yet modern diets don't always give us the variety of nutrient-rich food we need. Thanikan Farms began with that one fundamental question.

With lifestyle-related health concerns becoming increasingly common, we wanted to rethink what everyday food could look like — not through complicated diets, but through better choices on the plate. That journey led us to microgreens.

We are not driven by mass industrial production or becoming the cheapest option on a supermarket shelf. We would rather grow less and grow it better. From seed selection and cultivation to harvesting and packaging, we refuse to compromise on the standards that matter.
